Return & Cancellation Policy
To speed the delivery of your order, all online and telephone orders are immediately transmitted by electronic means for processing. You may cancel your order only if it can be caught before it is processed by the manufacturer. If cancellation is possible, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the portion of your order you cancel. However, once your order has been queued into production we are unable to cancel or change your order.
Our blinds, shades, and shutters are custom made based on the measurements and specifications for your windows and are not returnable. There are a couple of things you can do before you order to ensure your satisfaction.
- We highly recommend you order product samples. We offer free fabric/material swatches for all of our products. We do our best to depict an accurate representation of product colors on our site, but colors can vary between monitors and mobile device screens. Having fabric swatches also helps you determine the opacity and the level of privacy certain materials have.
- Follow our easy "How To Measure" guides, and you're sure to get the perfect fit.
- We encourage you to inspect all shipments upon arrival. If you find your product was damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days at 1-888-305-8020.
- All of our products are backed by manufacturer's warranties. If you find that your product is defective or malfunctioning, contact our our customer service team at 1-888-305-8020.
