VERTICAL CELLULAR PRODUCT DETAILS
Graber Essentials Vertical Cellular Shades are made with durable cellular fabric and a sleek aluminum headrail. The vertical honeycomb construction moves side to side, making it easier to cover large windows and door openings while maintaining a clean, finished appearance.
These shades are available in 3/4" single cell and 1/2" double cell sizes, excluding 9/16" single cell, and are offered in both light filtering and blackout opacities.

INSIDE MOUNT DEDUCTIONS

For all inside mount applications, a 1/2" deduction is taken by the manufacturer on the overall width.
A 9/16" deduction is also taken by the manufacturer on the overall height.
These deductions help the shade fit properly inside the window or door opening and allow it to operate correctly.

OUTSIDE MOUNT DEDUCTIONS
For outside mount applications, the manufacturer does not make deductions. The product will be made to the ordered size.
DEPTH REQUIREMENTS FOR INSIDE MOUNT
FOR 1/2" DOUBLE CELL AND 3/4" SINGLE CELL VERTICAL CELLULAR SHADES:

Headrail Dimensions: 2 1/4" x 3"
Minimum Depth Mount: 1 1/4"
Flush with Casing: 3 1/16"

Rail color can be selected at the time of purchase. If no selection is made, a default color will be chosen.
THINGS TO KNOW
Graber Essentials Vertical Cellular Shades are ideal for patio doors, sliding glass doors, wide windows, and room dividers. They are available in both light filtering and blackout fabrics, with 1/2" double cell and 3/4" single cell options.
For the best fit, always review width, height, mounting depth, and selected fabric style before ordering.

DEDUCTIONS:

When you order the INSIDE Mount option a deduction is built into the width of the fabric/material so the product will fit inside the window opening and operate correctly, and it also prevents the blind or shade—and the window frame itself—from being damaged during use.
When a product is ordered as OUTSIDE mount, the manufacturer does not make any deductions.

Inside Mount

IMPORTANT: For inside mounted blinds, measure the actual window opening size. Please do not make deductions. Our factory will take all necessary allowances to ensure proper fitting.

STEP 1 - Find the width: Measure the exact width your window in 3 places – across the top, across the middle, and across the bottom. Record the measurements rounding down to the nearest 1/8".Use the narrowest of the three measurements when ordering the width. Do not make any additional width deductions – the factory will make the appropriate deductions.

STEP 2 - Find the height: Measure exact distance rounding up to the nearest 1/8" from inside surface at top of window to the window sill at the left, middle, and right. Use the longest measurement when ordering the height.

Outside Mount

TIP: For optimal light control, allow the blind to overlap 1 1/2" – 3" on the sides, top, and bottom of the window. You'll need to add this to your measurements.

STEP 1 - Find the width: Measure exact distance to the nearest 1/8" between the outermost points where the blind is to be placed. For optimum light control, this measurement should extend at least 3/4" beyond the window opening on each side (or 1 1/2" for the entire width)

STEP 2 - Find the height: Measure exact distance to the nearest 1/8" from where top of blind will be located to the top of the window sill. If there is no sill, or if blind is to overlap the window frame, measure to the point where the blind is to reach.

Original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are noted below), assuming the product was properly installed
All internal mechanisms, components, and brackets
For three (3) years from the date of purchase: operating cords, pleated shades without looped tape, 2" horizontal vinyl blinds slats, and vertical blinds vanes
For five (5) years from date of purchase: motorization components and accessories (batteries not included), draperies, fabric covered cornices and valances, soft shades and accessories, exterior solar shades (provided they are fully raised during inclement weather and windy conditions)
Repairs under this warranty will be made with like or similar parts

Not Covered by the Warranty

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse; failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, use, cleaning, or maintenance
Discoloration, fading, cracking, shrinking, or stretching caused by long exposure to direct sunlight
Slight color variation; natural variations in color, grain, or weave of natural materials
Slight warpage of wood blinds or shutters; excessive warpage caused by high humidity
Shipping or labor costs incurred by taking product down, re-measuring, or re-installation
Unfinished cornices and valances; Palladian shelves
Fabric used for “Customer's Own Material” orders
